Job Description
Our Early Child Care Specialist is dedicated to providing the finest quality childcare, education and parental support. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will bring your benevolence, your team spirit, as well as your know-how to welcome children and families. You will also follow and apply a pedagogy inspired by Montessori on a daily basis.
Your mission
- Welcome children and their family throughout the day.
- Take care of children according to their age and needs.
- Create a playful and secure environment where each child can experiment, learn and move towards autonomy.
- Respect the diet (e.g.: PAI) and prepare the baby bottles.
- Participate in the medical surveillance of the children and apply the protocol requested by the Director.
- Be a team member and participate in a peaceful working atmosphere.
- Participate in household tasks if necessary.
Is that all ?
Of course not! You are so much more than only an employee, you are a member of a network that involves their employees in the company projects.
Therefore, you will participate in transversal projects (business ambassadors, communication referent with families, actor of the promotion of our brand with social networks, ...).
Required profile
You have a CAP Petite Enfance or Early Childhood diploma or a BAC ASSP and/or experience in a daycare center and/or you have worked on a Montessori project before.
You are interested in the Montessori Pedagogy and open to learn how to apply it in your job environment.
You are bilingual or native-speaker in English and have the desire to use it on a daily basis, then just join in !
